本項目位于義烏市佛堂鎮，是綜合經濟實力最強的義烏市第一大鎮、浙江省中心鎮。地塊占地面積6.312萬平方米，由商業綜合體及住宅區二大部分組成，定位為佛堂鎮商業中心區，地標建筑。
This project is located in fotang town, yiwu city, which is the largest town in yiwu city with the strongest comprehensive economic strength and the central town of zhejiang province. The plot covers an area of 63,200 square meters and consists of two major parts of commercial complex and residential area. It is positioned as the central business district of fotang town and a landmark building.
