新湖國際坐落于麗水中心城區東南方，位于大溪、好溪兩江交匯，毗鄰城市濱江景觀大道，緊挨南明湖，直面古城島，“環山、臨水、面島”，即便是在以山水著稱的麗水，也是一處不可多得的風水寶地。小區整體由上峰閣、御景閣、天潤閣三個組團組成。

Design Analysis
以橫向面光為秩序肌理反復運用、規律變化突出其序列感、整體感，在局部進行變化設計，使建筑在整體中不乏靈動，形成一種平衡的力量之美，引導整體節奏的產生并形成城市空間的標志性。
The transversal light is used as the order texture repeatedly, the regular change highlights its sequence feeling, the overall feeling, carries on the change design in the part, causes the building to have the flexibility in the whole, forms one kind of balance strength beauty, lead to the emergence of the overall rhythm and form a symbol of urban space。

燈具設計
提煉建筑圓潤的頂部結構與縱向挺拔的線條特點，以圓角與縱向線條來融合建筑， 壁燈的 兩端則以鏤空的波紋來響應水的設計主題，由此溢出的燈光在明與暗之間展 現出水的恬靜。為豐富景觀， 設計了一款雙向壁燈，外形結構與上款壁燈相同，在兩端增加了上下雙向光源的設計，加強景觀的縱深感、豐富夜景層次。
In the design of the wall lamp, we extract the characteristics of the building's rounded top structure and vertical straight lines, to round corners and vertical lines to integrate the building, the wall lamp, both ends with hollow ripples to respond to the design theme of water, from this overflow of light in the light, and dark between the exhibition, showing the quiet water.
