項目由浙商建業與阿里巴巴合作項目，位于杭州倉前高教區內，總建筑面積15萬平方米，項目集shoppingmall、高端酒店、精品高尚住宅為一體，定位為區域商業配套中心，項目內設有阿里巴巴旗下的購物中心親橙里，匯集了來自全球的黑科技產品，同時也植入了一系列阿里推出的新零售技術，如刷臉消費、AR導購、千人千面魔幻試衣等
The project is a cooperative project between Zhejiang business construction and Alibaba. It is located in cangqiangao Parish, Hangzhou, with a total construction area of 150000 square meters. 商業主入口大雨棚與通透玻璃體盒子結合，雨棚通過偏光洗墻洗亮，玻璃體內透光外溢，內空間色彩鮮明，并在外幕墻鋁合金框架上安裝星星點點的裝點光源自由散落在立面上趣味橫生
